In our ongoing efforts to support the latest and best technologies offered by Google Analytics, we are in the process of getting all our users to transition to using the 3.0 version of the Google Analytics API. We had previously requested that you re-grant to setup an OAuth 2.0 integration with ShufflePoint. But the process could not be completed when there is an existing grant. So we have spelled out below the specific steps below to remove any existing grants before creating a new grant. Note: please pay attention - there may be more than one current Google Analytics grant to ShufflePoint.
First you need to revoke ShufflePoint's previous access tokens in the Google Analytics account that is bound with ShufflePoint. To do this login to your Google Analytics account and click on "My Account" in the upper right...
...you will be taken to the Google Account management page for that account. Then click on "Security" in the left-side menu...
...then click on the "Edit" button next to "Authorizing applications and sites"...
....you will be presented with a list of applications that have been authorized to access your Google Analytics account via OAuth. Click "Revoke Access" next to any instances of ShufflePoint in this list.
At this point you have removed all previous linkages between this Google Analytics account and ShufflePoint. Now we need to re-bind with the new version of the GA API.
To do this, login to ShufflePoint...
...once logged in click on "Manage Datasources" on the right-side menu...
...then click "Google Analytics"...
...finally click on "Request new access token"...
...you will then be taken to a Google page where you are asked to allow access. Click "Allow access"...
...once the grant is successful you will be redirected back to a confirmation page on ShufflePoint's website.
** Log out of ShufflePoint, and log back in to complete the process. **
You will want to verify that everything is working by updating one of your existing reports, or simply trying a query in the online query builder.
